服务工程师

岗位职责：

Main responsibilities 主要职责

•      Comply with EHS policy and make sure the services are delivered in line with company policy and guideline；

•      Responsible new equipment installation and commissioning service；

•      Provide technical communication, product operation and maintenance training to customer；

•      Quickly response to the customers on equipment troubleshooting and site repair, fix the issue and recover the operation, escalate to the supervisor/manager in a timely manner if not solved；

•      Feedback the product quality quickly, make the analysis and proposal, coordinate with related teams to address the site issues for customer satisfaction；

•      Work closely with sales team to provide full support to customers and drive the business growth.

岗位要求：

To succeed 任职条件

•      MS office (Word, PPT, Excel);

•      Mechanical engineer familiar with CAD/Solidwork software;

•      Electrical engineer skilled in using CAD or ePlan and other electrical drawing software, familiar with the basic knowledge of PLC programming, able to use C, C++ language programming.

•      Process engineer familiar with grinding, flotation and thickening dehydration process basic knowledge;

•      Can understand the mechanical drawings and manuals in English language;

•      Can write and communicate in English;

•      Cheerful personality, can bear hardships and stand hard work;

•      Strong sense of community and collective honor.
